What services do you offer?
I specialize in pointed pen calligraphy and engraving. Services include envelope addressing, place cards, table numbers, custom commissions and on-site calligraphy and engraving for brand activations and private events.
Do you offer live calligraphy or engraving at events?
Yes! I love bringing the art of calligraphy and engraving to life in real time. I work with luxury brands and private hosts to personalize items such as fragrance and wine bottles during events, creating a memorable guest experience.
How far in advance should I book?
For weddings or large-scale projects, I recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks in advance. For on-site events or brand activations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead helps ensure availability.
What types of items can be engraved?
I can engrave on a variety of glass and metal surfaces, including wine and liquor bottles, candles, fragrance bottles, and some cosmetics. If you’re unsure whether an item can be engraved, feel free to ask!
Do you provide paper or materials for calligraphy work?
For most projects, clients provide the paper goods (such as place cards or envelopes). I’m happy to help source materials or provide guidance, but I do not include the cost of cards or paper in my pricing.
Can you ship finished items?
Yes! I carefully package and ship completed calligraphy items across the U.S. Shipping costs will be included in your final invoice.
What is your pricing structure?
Pricing varies by service. Calligraphy is typically priced per piece, while engraving is charged hourly (with a 3-hour minimum for live events). Custom quotes are available after a brief consultation.
What’s the process to get started?
Simply fill out my contact form or send an email with details about your event or project. I’ll follow up with a few questions, provide a quote and once we agree, a contract and deposit will secure your spot on my calendar.
Do you take rush orders?
Rush orders may be accepted depending on my schedule. An additional rush fee may apply. It’s always worth asking. I’ll do my best to accommodate!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve time on my calendar. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or the day of a live event.
